- The KHMW Kees Schouhamer Immink Dissertation Prize 2026 has been awarded to Thom Badings,/ KHMW article (Dutch).
- Joost-Pieter Katoen is awarded with the KHMW Langerhuizen Lifetime Achievement Award 2026 by the Royal Dutch Society of Sciences and Humanities.
- Alexander Serebrenik has won one of the Distinguished Reviewer Awards at the 44th International Conference on Software Engineering. The award has been given for “outstanding performance, reliability and clear and thoughtful feedback; and for always ‘being there’ when asked to do extra reviews.
